I have a 1917 BSA that has had the charger bridge removed, a new surplus South African barrel installed and express sights added. I have a couple of five-shot
magazines for it. It currently wears a Boyd's sporter butt, unfinished, and a cobbled up forend. I'd love to find more traditional sporting wood for
it. Anyone have any thoughts on where to look?
One other question: This forum says it is for pre-1898 rifles, but ought there be a place here for discussion of old SMLEs and Lee-Speed wannabes?

I'd like to see pics of the finnished
