Some time ago, I bought an MKII, Enfield-made and dated 1875. I have an 1876 in my collection and that was an early one as they told me. But what about this 1875?? Is it made from MKI-parts or very early one???
The condition is not "mint" and there are missing some parts like the breech-block axis pin (or just the screw??), two screws ( the one in the right corner beneath in the pic and the one from the barrel band) and the sight ladder + spring + retaining pin. If anybody can help me????
Indeed, this piece is not the top of the collection, but for its price you normally have a Khyber-copy, so, I can't complain!!!
