I have Military Ruptured Case extractors in .303, 7.62 Nato and .30-06 which would possibly grip the neck, but due to the length of the extractors and the fact they are designed to work with bolt/sliding block actions they are not suitable for the .310 Cadet. What do people suggest to extract the neck from the chamber?
Also, on some fired cases in this rifle, there are concentric machining ridges in the chamber that have left impressions in the cases that would have contributed to this neck separation. What can I do to polish out these ridges without enlarging the chamber too much?
