Now I have my work cut out needing to do a review for the ASSRA's Single Shot Rifle Journal. Sure wish Rudi was still doing the book reviews. Also now have to wait for Volume 8 the next 400 pages of Rook Rabbit & Miniature Rifles. Cheers, Laurie

I just looked at the pictures, when I was supposed to proof read it. Volume 8 is almost done, but sadly Wal has suffered a stroke that has affected his vision. I am afraid Tom might have to finish it on his own.

My wife did most of the editing here, it is often better to have someone that knows a bit less about the topic. I often read over things that are questionable as I understand what is being said even if it isn't all that clear. She also found a lot of coma errors and problems with drawings that I though were fine. When she showed them to me she was correct. I will try to remember to ask Tom about the printing date. I have read about 1/4 of the book and am working on my review as I go along hope to get it done tomorrow while sitting a a local gun show. Cheers, Laurie

One other thing I keep forgetting to mention is that in the tradition of James Grant, Tom and Wal use the beginning of the book to make corrections and additions to previous books in the series.
