			<description><![CDATA[ Can anyone help me identify this rifle?  I know the action is Martini and the stock looks like enfield but I don&#39;t know the cal. for sure, or much more
about it.  There is a cleaning rod under the stock. The barrel is stamped under the stock with the number 10.3 and I think this is the bore diameter which
works out to .405 cal but I have not found any reference to Martinis being made in .405 cal.  A local gun shop identified it as 44-40 cal. and even fired two
rounds of that ammo through... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Maybe I&#39;m the last one to figure this out, but the latest windows browser pushed out this summer is incompatible with the tool bar on this site, meaning
the tool bar appears but isn&#39;t usable.  However when the browser senses this incompatibility a little icon appears next to the address bar that looks like
a piece of paper torn in half with green borders.  Clicking on it restores compatibility.  Since I don&#39;t use a lot of the fancy options on the yuku tool

			<description><![CDATA[ Last month at our club shoot I as standing next to a chap who was shooting a Martini. He was not happy. I asked him why and he said that he had to aim at the
ground half way to the target in order to hit it and was having little success The target was a silouette of a feral cat.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have just bought a Tipton carbon fibre rod to replace my aging Parker-Hale rods, am I correct in thinking it should be ok to clean from the breech end on
both my Martini and Snider?

The reason I ask is that it will not (unless I&#39;m not giving it enough welly!) flex enough to go through the Snider but is ok for the Martini, the downside
on using it for the Martini is that it <em>shaves</em> the carbon rod when in contact with the rear of the reciever.

office and I receive no clients so I can paste gun related up on the walls without the risk of offending anyone.  Anyone know a good source of reproduction
posters to do with old military BP guns/Victorian military ..... I can stretch to WWI if I must.  I have seen a nice Webley armourers chart on Ebay which might
